Ordering from Jim's is a snap - we've developed a quick & easy approach to ordering lobsters online that takes all the guesswork out of the Next-Day delivery process. We've outlined our process below - and we think you'll agree that Jim's has the most effective system on the web.
We ship all our lobsters express overnight for Next-Day delivery Tuesday through Saturday. Your lobsters are literally shipped right from our boat, leaving the wharf at 4:00pm EST and arriving at your destination the next day.

We always provide you with the next available delivery date based on the exact time you're placing the order. You can simply choose this date for next-day delivery, or...
Alternatively, you can schedule delivery for a future date (Tuesday through Saturday) simply by selecting a different date during checkout. We'll send you an E-Mail reminder to let you know your lobsters are on their way!

During checkout, you'll be provided with real-time ship quotes directly from the UPS System.
Overnight service is priced according to time-sensitive windows: Next Day Early AM (as early as 7:00am in some areas), Next Day Air by 10:30am to most areas) and Next Day Air Saver (anytime next day).
Jim's website is tightly integrated with UPS so you'll know exactly when your lobsters will arrive, and you’ll always know you're getting the best shipping price to your destination. Our FAQs page gives a detailed explanation of all three delivery times.

Superior packaging means a superior product. Lobsters are resilient creatures - they have specialized gills that allow them to live outside of water for up to a week if kept cold and moist. Nevertheless, we take special care in packaging your lobsters to assure they arrive in top condition in less than 24 hours after you place your order.
Jim's packaging guarantees your lobsters will be feisty, fresh and tasty when they arrive - in fact, most times, they'll reach right out of the box and say hello! (Don't worry, we keep those claws banded!) Check out the diagram on the left for more information.
